NEW CLASS TIMETABLE
We are delighted to present our new class timetable for May
In addition to our brand new 6 WEEK SHRED course we have changed our pay as you go classes around to put a slightly different focus on certain classes
Jasons AM JUMP STARTt on Tuesdays and MUSCLE PUMP on Friday mornings are changing
and also his Monday 7pm class is now 20/20/5
Brian 7pm Friday class is now 7 O CLOCK STRENGTH
All classes are open to both members and non members
24 hour booking policy in place meaning we can only accept bookings from 24 before the scheduled class time
