 IRELAND ACTIVE'S National Fitness Day, 16th of September 2016, will be the biggest and most visible annual celebration of physical activity of the year. It is the day to celebrate the role that physical activity plays across Ireland.we will be offering free swims and free use of the gym to the public on the day from 7.30 am - 10am and from 2pm-4.30pm
we will also add some free fitness classes at 9.30 am and 6.15pm & 7pm
