Every year Ireland Active in association with Fitness facilities across Ireland try to encourage people to become more active by offering free fitness activities Askeaton Pool & Leisure are opening up both the gym and pool for FREE for 4 hours on Thursday FREE ENTRY TO GYM & POOL 9am-10am 11am-12pm 6pm-7pm 8pm-9pm Just tell the receptionist that you are here for National Fitness Day to gain free entry Normal pool ratios and age limits for gym applies Normal rules and procedures for both gym & pool apply
