We have added some extra TABATA classes due to popular demand and and a new class on Friday evenings called STRETCH & TONE Our early MORNING CLASSES at 6.15am are staying on the timetable along with recent new additions such as BODYFIT and TRX/KETTLEBELLS Please note there is no longer FITBIKE on a Tuesday evening and FITBIKE is now on a Wednesday evening  Thanks to Ireland Active and National Fitness Day, we were able to give away a whole years FREE gym & Pool membership.
