From Monday 11th November to Friday 15th we will be raising funds through a whole host of events in both the pool and gym. Our target is to hit 1000KM and raise €1000 everyday for the 5 days.
We need all of our member's support throughout the week and help us clock up the KMs to raise these much needed funds the Mid Western Cancer Foundation and the ARC Cancer Support Centre in Dublin.

Our monthly offer is a reminder to you that we also provide for people who want either a gym-only or pool-only membership. 
See the above poster for prices on both annual and 6 month memberships. Our 3 month memberships cover both gym and pool if you would also like that option. 
When you become a member of either the gym you will get discounted rates for the Pay As You Go fitness classes, and if you become a member of the pool you will get discounted rates for swimming lessons, it's a win-win! You can also sign up your kid up for gym/pool only, but they must sign up with an adult who too is signing up.
