his class consists of 25 minutes cardiovascular workout on the indoor bikes with 20 minutes Pilates type exercises. Indoor Cycling Experience consists of Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.
Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness. The exercises can also be adapted for people who have limited movement All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!

We have added a number of classes to both our pool & studio timetable thanks to the introduction of our newest members of staff Claire & Jason
We have added 9 new classes to the schedule 3 in the pool and 6 in the studio
The old favourites like Kettlebells and Legs Bums & Tums remain, with extra an extra "BEGINNERS PILATES" course added due to demand.
We have added two Fusion type classes combining the best of strength and mobility and combining cardio and flexibility so look out for "I LIKE TO MOVE IT!" & "I.C.E FLOW" with Declan & Jason
In the pool with the addition of the vastly experienced Claire to our staff we can now add a "PARENT & TODDLER" class and introducing new to the area "SHALLOW AQUA" in our learner pool.
