The class will be based on strength and toning exercises for Women, teaching correct technique for lifting weights helping women to feel strong. In 2016 our charity partner was Make A Wish. The Make A Christmas Wish for Make-A-Wish fundraiser is a great success. For the past week children have been maiking their Christmas wishes and hanging their decorations on our tree to help make wishes come true. O Gairbhi's Store in Rathkeale very kindly came on borad as a sponsor for our Make a Christmas Wish for Make A Wish campign They genourously offered 2 prizes of gift vouchers for the winners of our draw, one for a little boy and one for a little girl. Askeaton Pool & Leisure would like to thanks O Gairbhis for their very generous donation to this deserving cause and check out O Gairbhi's Facebook page here and make sure you support local by buying local And the grand total raised was a massive €685!!!! thanks so much to everypne who donated and helped make some childs wish come true  New Exercise Class Timetable for January
