APL Gym class timetable 2022

​Important information you need to know about the launch of our fitness classes this week..

*please note: capacity may be limited from 10am-11am on monday 7th and monday 14th as both our class and an external group will be using the gym at the same time*

- 24 hour booking is required. Please call us on 061392570 or message our gym team through our socials to book.
- classes are open to any member/payg customer with any fitness level. Previous gym experienced is not required.

Class Bundles:
10 classes for €40 (members)
10 classes for €80 (non-members)
*class bundle cards must be used within a 6 week period*
