You can pay as you go anytime 
But sme times are betterr thn others 
Monday Madness - €3 Swims for everybody from 5.30pm - 8pm 
Fiver Fridays - €5 for Gym and/or Pool normal cost €9 
Super Sundays - €16 for  a Family Swim (2 Adults & 2 kids) normally €21
and kids under 4 years old go FREE ALWAYS!!
