Endeavour, Endure Enjoy Askeaton Pool & Leisure ,in association with Adare to Survive, we are looking for people to join our team on the journey to complete the 7.5km military style obstacle challenge on September 24th 2017. APL team have designed a programme to help ready you to endure all ATS has to offer. 3 tier level of programme available: Gold, Silver & Bronze Installment plans available Bronze package: €100 T shirt Bus ATS registration fee 2 x 6 week fitness programme Flexibility & mobility programme Pre & Post Fitness testing Silver package: €150 Bronze package plus Plus 2 x ATS classes per week Gold package: €199 Silver package plus Unlimited access to gym & pool any inquiries to gymaskeaton@coralleisure.ie
