great news! our early morning classes are continuing

Due to popular demand and the success of our early morning 6.15am classes over the summer, we have decided to continue them for the foreseeable future. 
so every Monday , Wednesday and Friday morning at 6.15am you can get your day off to an extra early healthy start with our highly qualified and motivational instructors
Classes are strictly limited to 8 people so please book early to avoid disappointment 
you can book from 24 hurs in advance of the class start time 
Please only book in if you are 100% going to attend as others will be disappointed if all spaces are booked and you don't attend 
Classes are open to all, cost only €5 for non members and only €2 for members
